There are no amenities like gym and club house only on paper described there is not cleaning in society everywhere looking garbage not well mantain society ☹️ Severe seepage problems, poor wood work , Builder is lieing regarding gym, clubhouse and swimming pool. Major construction flaws and poor finishing.

4 star is for location only but the services that are providing it's below average, I took possession more than 3 months here and still lots of work pending, like tiles break repairment, light not working and whenever I consult with them, They said we will do, we will do and that thing is more annoying no one listen you PLEASE TAKE CARE YOUR CUSTOMER, if your customer is happy than everything gonna cool We would also appreciate you

Connectivity is good. Casa Homes is adjacent the highway. Most of the flates are rented out. New building is in progress. But the flats do have the problems of damp on most of the rooms. Even the flat is in the first floor.

Brilliant society with row houses which are nicely built and well maintained. Society has a small club house and nearby gurudwara makes it a perfect place to wake up in evening and morning with shabad kirtan. It’s right on the main road easily spotted and security is a bit loose but guess the management will take note of the same and ensure proper measures are put in place.

Society is too good with amenities and good security but little bit far from Chandigarh no lifts because only 3 floor's are there limits flats are available. All type to services provided by society plumber, electricen, servent and etc

Casa Homes is the best project. I wish if I could buy this, but it is a little expensive. Out of my budget ☹️ But I must say one of the best projects, best quality, nice location,beautiful parks security, helpful staff. It is ready to move too. My sister is also living here. They're Very happy😊 I will definitely recommend Casa homes …

Society is best but the locality around the society there is no maintenance of main road outside the society always there is mud/severage water

Casa homes... it is a wonderful project, located on highway, Spanish Outlook, wide roads, 24 by 7 water supply, power backup, security, cctv cameras, parks with swings for kids all are available. They have promised to make a Clubhouse, which they commit to be e completed by December 2020. I own a flat here and I highly recommend others to to visit once see the things and take a wise decision. Ready to move, saved my rent too.
